By using the Out of website or taking part in an Out of trip you agree to these terms. The short version: be a decent human, offline and on.

The service

Out of organizes offline trips and helps groups switch off together. Going offline is voluntary and guided, we show you how, nothing locks your device, and you are always free to reconnect. You are responsible for your own safety and for following the rules of the trip you join.

Your conduct

Connections are mutual and made in person. Harassment or impersonation will get your account removed. We may suspend accounts that are reported by other members while we investigate.

Liability

The service is provided as is, during a pilot phase, without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Out of is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service or from being offline, including the things you did not see on the internet while you were having a good time.

Changes

We may update these terms as the pilot evolves and will post changes on this page.
